Walk the Red Road to Recovery
Each step toward healing strengthens our people, our culture, and our future.
Culture is Prevention
The objective of Yakama Nation Tiinawit Program (YNTP) is to provide person-centered care and assist individuals in their road to recovery and intervene in the progressive stages of substance use, from mild to the moderately impaired to the chronic and severely dependent. YNTP aims to achieve this by assisting the individual to recognize substance use as a disease and motivated them toward sobriety, recovery, and a more satisfying lifestyle.
YNTP serves as a referral and resource center to Yakama Nation Tribal members, descendants, and members from other federally recognized Tribes that reside on or near the reservation boundaries who are affected by substance abuse.
Treatment Services
YNTP is a Washington state certified outpatient treatment facility. We offer a physically comfortable and emotionally safe therapeutic recovery environment for our patients. Our intent is to provide resources to assist individuals with the transition from possible substance use disorder into sobriety and/or recovery.
Throughout the process, each individual shall be treated in a manner that promotes dignity, self-respect, and responsibility in their own recovery.
